“GLOWING SHADOWS” is a series of eight black and white photographs that showcase the beauty of still life photography. Each photograph captures the intricate interplay between light and shadow.
I used a single directional light source and a clean, bright background. I placed various objects in front of the light source and let the light pass through them, resulting in a mesmerizing display of shadows and refraction.
Through this series, I aim to showcase the beauty of the overlooked and the mundane, highlighting the intricate details and nuances that are often hidden in plain sight. “Glowing Shadows” is a celebration of the interplay between light and shadow, and the subtle beauty that can be found in the simplest of objects.
